




Based on the British Army's 1940s Gurkha pants.
While the more well-known pants have a side adjuster belt for adjusting the waist, this early version features a longer front waistband for adjusting the size. The belt features a distinctive button-fastening loop tab. The pleated marbelt used in tailored pants and interlining create a snug fit around the waist. These pants have a straight, wide silhouette from the thighs to the hem.
The fabric is a staple of Oshu, woven with 14-count woolen single yarns in a two-ply twill weave. Woven using top and yarn dyeing, the fabric is a classic material that combines a crisp feel with a soft, fluffy texture.
