Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Additional non-exchangeable items: Gift cards
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange.
Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Please note that we do not offer refunds.
All sales are final. Once your purchase has been completed, we are unable to provide refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations. However, you may be eligible for an exchange within 7 days of purchase, in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
