This classic denim features a vintage slub yarn made from Taisho Spinning organic cotton blended with Suvin cotton waste, meeting the strictest international organic certification standards.
The design uses rope dyeing with pure indigo by Kaihara, recreating the color of 1950s-60s Levi's. The result is a natural, not-too-dark, medium-density color, deliberately chosen for its authentic vintage look. It replicates the look of jeans worn and washed regularly for decades, with deep indigo remaining in the grooves of the fabric while the surface fades to a lighter color.
