This is a classic American workwear coverall with a stand collar, but with the first button positioned slightly lower in a V-shape. Thanks to the hemp material, it has an exquisite softness and the relaxed comfort of a well-worn American vintage garment that lasts. The yarn is dyed with reactive dyes, so the color will remain true to its original shade.
This is a herringbone weave with hickory stripes. For the left-hand twill warp threads, we use Manapool yarn, an extra-long staple cotton with an uneven texture, while for the right-hand twill warp threads, we use open-end spun yarn, which has a fullness and resilience.
The left-hand twill emphasizes the characteristic of tightly woven threads, while the right-hand twill emphasizes the characteristic of loosely woven threads that expands, and the fabric is designed to develop a vintage-like uneven texture each time it is washed. The weft yarn is a cotton-hemp blend, resulting in a dry and firm texture.
