This shirt jacket is designed with the motif of a 1940s US Navy utility jacket.
It is made from two materials: 8oz denim with a gray weft thread and black denim with a sulfur-dyed black warp thread.
It has a boxy silhouette with a roomy body width, and has been updated with tabs at the sides of the hem to allow for adjustment of the silhouette.
Like the original, the chest has a large gusseted flap pocket positioned slightly lower, with a two-layer structure that allows access from the side.
This is a utility jacket that can be worn as an outer layer in early autumn and as an inner layer in winter, and you can enjoy the changes that occur over time.
